Crafting Excellence Through 15 Years of Hands-On Luxury Experience

With over 15 years in the luxury sector, my journey which began as a yacht stewardess swiftly evolved into the role of chief stewardess and eventually estate manager. Even before my formal shift into recruitment, I found joy in assisting owners, captains, and HODs in forming exceptional teams. This early connection with staffing became a passion, leading me to develop my own approach to recruitment.

For me, this isn’t just a profession; it’s a calling. I thrive on connecting with candidates, unraveling their authentic selves, and finding environments where they can truly flourish. My dedication goes beyond conventional recruitment; I enjoy sculpting connections that elevate experiences for both clients and candidates.
